We are aware of the recent cancellation notifications received on previously shipped orders. Kindly ignore these multiple cancellation messages as this was due to a system error. While most of these orders had been cancelled previously, please be assured this will not have a negative impact on your store.
However for orders that have been delivered but have been erroneously cancelled, our technical team is working on rectifying/restoring all updates before close of business today. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused and we request for your patience as we resolve this issue.
