    I am aware of 10% commission viewed on transaction history but will like to know if there is other charges.
    & is this charges billed on cost on my items or otherwise

    @Akorede, when your orders are shipped via k-express, delivery is ONLY charged after a successful delivery i.e  if the order is cancelled before transit or rejected at point of delivery, the seller will not be charged, as the order was unsuccessful.
    Please send a screenshot of the email sent to you concerning your payment to mall@konga.com this will be looked into.

    @valentine,are you saying merchants now pay for shipping immediately even if the order is cancel on transit or reject on delivery?
    Secondly,I don't if this is happening to me alone,why is the account update not tallying with my balance on shq?
    Also,at the finance segment,which actually mean my current balance,because right now my total paid (all year) and total paid(all time)are not of the same figure ,which I expect it to be because all my selling has been this year.
    The one that baffles me most is the account update mails which is also differ from the two balance in my shq!
    Pls,can someone explain better to me?

    Hello Oke,
    there are no extra charges, except for shipping charges that will be deducted from your wallet,
    which is also remitted back to your wallet after a successful transaction
