A week ago, I recieved an email from email@example.com informing me of disabled items in my laptop sub-category and steps on how to have them enabled. One of the steps says I need to sign an agreement form and that a copy of the form will be sent to me in due course. As at the time I am writing this, I still haven't received the form.
I sent a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, reading the response I got, it seems the respondent is not aware of this development.
Laptops are the main items I sell on the Konga platform in the last two years. Now I can't sell them anymore and I am required to pay N2500 monthly. How do I get the money?
If truly the form will be sent, I believe 1 week is a long enough time to send it. Should I still expect the form or have I been disqualified from selling laptops on the Konga platform?
My store has a total delivery rate of 81% and a feedback rating of 86% with no negative feedback on all sold laptops. I am sure those are good store performance numbers.
Omolara, Thank you for the useful response. However, When I filled the form and tried to send it to the email provided, I get this response:
We are writing to let you know that the group you tried to contact (sellertrading) does not receive incoming mails.
Please advice on where to forward the documents to. Thanks
