    Hello all,
    There are currently six banks on the KongaPay platform namely Ecobank, Diamond Bank, Zenith Bank , Access Bank , FCMB and UBA.
    @Oluwakemi/ Kingsley,
    We are still in talks with GTB and all other banks not already on the KongaPay platform.
    @Emmanuel, please forward your complaint to mall@konga.com, the appropriate unit will look into this.

    Hello Kinglsey,
    KongaPay is a safe and secure payment solution created in partnership with GTBank, FCMB,Access Bank, First Bank, Diamond Bank,Ecobank,Skye Bank,Standard Chartered and Zenith Bank.
    On KongaPay,Funds are transferred automatically from your escrow to your registered Kongapay bank account minus commissions after the return policy on the order has elapsed. No more waiting 1 -3 days for a payout request.
    Konga Pay can be used for making invoice payment, commision charges payments.
    While the Konga wallet, Funds from the escrow will remain in the wallet after the return policy has elapsed till a payout request is initiated.
    The Konga wallet is still functional for Merchants not registered on KongaPay.
    Only Merchants with bank accounts in the above listed banks can register for KongaPay,We are however working ceaselessly with other banks and already in talks with them to ensure all our sellers are able to access the KongaPay services.
    Hope this clarifies things.
