Please i recently had an case that was placed on arbitration simply because the customer was unable to use the item and wrote konga a mail and they hold my money, now that i have resolved the issue with the customer konga won't still release my fund to my escrow. i only got a delivery confirmation of the said order after resolution but for the past 6hours the money is not yet in my escrow. If this is fair then i don't know what being unfair is. another strategy to hold my money again for ages. Please kindly credit me.thanks
