  • Delivered orders - when will the issue with updates be resolved

    I am asking this question on this forum again since the last thread I started was deleted and I can't seem to get an answer to my question. 
    First of all how does asking a question violate code of conduct.... My question was simple and direct when will issues of delivered orders be updated as I am yet to get a response on from anyone through email or on the phone. It was mentioned on here a few days ago that there was an issue with updating orders and I asked a simple question when will the issue be resolved as I am yet to see any updates on my orders.
    Ebere - I got an email from you saying the orders within this timeframe were self fulfilled by me. I did not list any other numbers in my post but since you responded with other numbers ....here you are the order numbers

    I have sent numerous emails with no response. And the response I got this morning said the orders were self fulfilled by me Nd that is not the case both orders were shipped and delivered by KEx...What other options do I have?. We were told there is an issue with updates... Has the issue been resolved..? Sending emails on every single order with an issue is not effective.

    Complaint/ dispute issues, posts that contain personal details order numbers, personal details like Full names, emails , phone numbers etc are not allowed on the forum.
    Please channel all complaints via the appropriate channel - mall@konga.com
