    Please i noticed that two order i sent to customer through kexpress has been delivered to those that ordered for them  because i am seeing it when i track it that it has been delivered but its still showing shipped as status. I am i the only one experiencing this or its a technical bugs?
    Please urgent answer needed please.

    We understand your current challenges regarding delays in accurate updates of delivered orders. As earlier communicated, all hands are on deck to provide a swift and permanent resolution to this technological issue. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause your store while we put a permanent fix to this. 
    We ask that you bear with us as we seek to resolve this. For affected stores on the above issue yet to be resolved, please send your store name to mall@konga.com alongside the affected order numbers.

    I have an order that was marked as cancelled after I have shipped it through K-express....  They marked it as cancelled.... I later found out from the customer that it has been delivered to him....  But am yet to receive payment and its not even marked as shipped....  I've called Konga to complain, I don't seem to be getting any positive response... . What do I do?

    Easy way out: place a call to konga mall Customer service, mention the order numbers that have been delivered but still reflect the shipped status, and the error will be rectified manually. 
    I did mine today and have the funds effected in escrow already.

    Since this is a GENERAL issue impacting most sellers, it is only fair we get an update on this matter!!!!!!!!!!!.
    On the bright side, some orders delivered by KEX yesterday were updated automatically to delivered and escrow updated, which makes me wanna say the issue "MIGHT" have been resolved, but then i see some old delivered orders from last week still under shipped, so i honestly don't know.

    Currently experiencing this and its been 5 days.
    I hope Konga will just credit our wallets direclty and not try to put in escrow.

    Hello @victor m, you arent alone, i believe we are all facing this.... I have over 10 items that got delivered the last few days too but they are all in shipped. One is really bothering me is the aspect of this Customer in Kaduna who paid 90% of cost of item to Konga and when i called this guy, he asked if i could deliver the next day(Saturday) to Kaduna and i said YES its possible if he will make the full payment to them which he did immediately and they(Konga) confirmed FULL PAYMENT and so i took the Order and shipped very early on Saturday which he actually got saturday night and this guy was SO EXCITED that he offered to give me a recharge card WHICH I REJECTED and i said all i want is a POSITIVE FEEDBACK now this item was delivered on Sunday Konga hasnt paid me infact they marked this item as PAYMENT COLLECTED ON DELIVERY. I understand this is an automatic thing BUT Konga can actually do better. I know i have to contact mall@konga.com and i also understand i have to wait 2days for them to respond to me 2 days to put money in escrow 3 days for it to clear into my wallet 3 days to clear into my bank account. Now here is lesson learnt,  i left my house 430am drove to motor park to satisfy konga's customer and here is what i get WASTE OF TIME.

    Hello team ,
    I also delivered 2items personally and 1 item delivered by k express..
    my customer cannot update the "delivery " options bacuse they can't find it and also the "delivery status " is still showing "shipped"

    Same here. I am only hoping that someone will use their good initiative to put the money in my wallet once the issue is resolved. I will not bear having the funds kept in escrow for more days after the issue has been resolved. Consider that the funds have already been held in this status for 3 days already. Cheers
