  • delayed delivery by k-express leading to rejection of product.

    i run a store on konga and I've always used k-express service for all my deliveries. I have a pending delivery which i have been tracking running to 2 weeks and its just getting to the buyer. On informing the buyer that her product is on its way, she's saying she's not around. I can see from my portal that an attempted delivery has already been made. I know this attitude from the customer is due to delay in deliver because when the order was made, i shipped out immediately and she called a few days after asking when her order will get to her i assured her in a few more days as its supposed to be. But its been almost 2 weeks if not 2 weeks from Lagos to Jos and the order is just getting to her.
    Id really be dissatisfied if the product has to be returned because this is not the first time a product has been returned due to late delivery by k-express.

    I'm actually very dissatisfied. I also lodged a complaint some time ago about protecting sellers from unserious buyers who just place an order for the fun of it only to find a flimsy excuse to return it even when the order is exactly as displayed. There should probably be a way for sellers to be able to flag off such customers so that any customer with a certain number of red flags will not be sold to by any of the sellers. at least with the number of red flags they have, sellers can tell if that's an unserious buyer or not and then decide if they still want to ship out. Once these buyers know they wont keep misbehaving. Cos naturally without checks, people will definitely take things for granted.

    I can relate to this Omolara because I had the same issue. As it is now, I am expecting my good returned back to me from Jos as the buyer refused to get the product since it took too long to get to Jos from Lagos.
    I remember contacting Konga by mail and through Customer service and was given some excuse for the delay which was not communicated to either myself ( the seller) or the buyer. Anyways, the delay has resulted in the order being returned to me.
