    My customer cancelled his order and latter re-ordered the same item,but it is showing on my dashboard has a cancelled order,will this count against me( in my store evaluation)?Another one cancelled order by himself?I have never cancelled any order by myself.Has anybody experienced this?

    Hello Regina,
    Please note, a new order number will be generated for the reordered item. if the order was just placed, hold on for a few minutes and refresh your dashboard. 
    Orders cancelled by customer will not affect your store negatively.`
