I attended the customer service excellence 101 class today. I learnt great tips on how to improve my customer services, build a relationship with my customers and earn their trust which is key for any business to thrive . This class expose all weaknesses in customers service right before my eyes. I applied some of the tips and guides learnt today, I could feel the smile on the customer's face.
