  • Customer Cancelled Orders Still Reflecting on SHQ

    Is anyone else experiencing this issue where orders claimed to have been cancelled by the customers are still reflecting on the queue as waiting to be shipped? We have two orders now that customers said that they have cancelled but these orders are still waiting to be shipped on our store. The time is ticking and we hope Konga does not auto cancel these orders and count it against our store. One of the customers have actually placed another order which we have shipped and the second customer said that she has changed her mind. We need someone to help resolve this please.
