  • Courier Plus/TNT making me my customers cancel their orders

    I had 7 orders on Saturday 12th December, 2015 which I promptly took to CourierPlus PortHarcourt office on Monday 14th December 2015 for delivery. I am shocked that as at today 21st December 2 of those orders have not been delivered to Adamawa and Calabar respectively.
    The buyers have called that they'll cancel the order because they need the dresses before Wednesday as their children will be travelling.
    Please I need help as Courier Plus number that I have isn't going through. I don't want to loose these sales.
