It will be of great advantage if Konga can:
1. Provide us the phone numbers contacts of each of the drop off centre so we can reach them for any inquiry on our dropped off orders and other issues related to out items drop off
2. Assign a store officer who will be managing and follow each of sellers' orders assigned to him/her just like other shopping malls, and we can be reaching him anytime.

Hello Festus, Currently, You can visit any of our drop off points,contact our centralized care line 01-4605555 or send an email to email@example.com for all drop off related issues, Your queries will be forwarded to the appropriate drop off points.
In the past, we had account officers assigned to merchants across categories. Lately, due to the increasing volume of merchants on the konga platform, we have developed a new process for this,
