Does konga call customers who place orders confirming their purchase before the merchant goes ahead to ship, bcos have had challenges were orders are dropped off, and transported as far as ph and buyers starts acting funny giving excuses of non availability all to avoid receipt of goods shipped,

@Lanre, I support your view. There should be a confirmation to customers before drop off. I had am experience early this year. A customer ordered was returned and when I called to confirm why...she said she was testing the platform. Imagine the resources that had gone into the delivery.
