    Please ooo what is communication rating all about? Is it communicating with my buyers or konga because i call each of my customers well ooo and communication rate on my platform says 0%, abi ???

    Hello Yetunde,
    Your communication quality as well as your product quality will be determined by your buyers as they will be exclusively responsible for contributing/determining these ratings. 0% shown on your platform means your buyers are yet to rate any of your products delivered. To encourage your buyers to rate each product once they have confirmed delivery, consider following up regularly with them from the time you contact them confirming shipment to the time they receive the items. 
    You can also follow up with your buyers if after few days of delivery, you are yet to receive any product or communication rating on products you have successfully delivered.  
    To rate you, your buyer will need to visit the order detail page of product(s) received to provide a product and communication review for such product(s). Your buyers can pick between 1 (Bad) - 5 (Good) stars for your product quality. The average of these reviews will then be used to calculate your  communications and product quality score. 
    The formula for calculating your store rating has been attached for your attention.
