@Jude O has said it all..... This is the payment you pay to an agent(which is Konga) for the service(s) rendered that is the payment you have to pay for selling on www.konga.com

Hello frankly
No the merchant will only be charged once since the order was delivered by the merchant he will receive the payment from customer and pay Konga commission. This commission is charged for order delivered by merchant only and no further commission is charged.

hi Jude...so if i deliver myself...Konga charges me on that? after the normal % commission has been taken off?

Hello frankly
Commission invoice is the commission that the merchant pay to Konga for order they delivered then self. It is what Konga charge merchant's for each order they delivered
