    Good day sir,  Kong has been doing a wonderful work. I have learnt so much since I joined in selling my product on konga.  On the event coming up on the 17th next month.  I have paid before the cancellation,  do I need a fresh ticket?

    Pls I was sent a ticket but the payment status reads "free order" even though I made my payment and sent a mail before it was cancelled. Please I hope I'm not making any mistake
