  • Clearing of all Outstanding Orders--WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

    PLEASE CAN SOME ONE EXPLAIN TO ME THE MEANING OF THIS EMAIL I GOT FROM KONGA.COM. I CURRENTLY HAVE A BACKLOGS OF RETURNED BUT NOT RECEIVED ITEMS SINCE JANUARY, DOES THIS MESSAGE IMPLY THAT IAM GOING TO BE PAID THE VALUE OF MY RETURNED BUT NOT RECEIVED ORDERS, PLEASE I NEED YOUR HELP HERE!

    We have recently cleared all backlog of outstanding orders from July 2014 - January 2015. We thank you for your patience as we acknowledge the holding value of your products over a long period of time....
    
    Affected sellers should have started receiving payment(s) value of all the outstanding orders less commissions
    We are currently working on clearing out all outstanding orders from February 2015 - till date...

    What this means is that we have cleared (paid for) all outstanding orders between the period of July 2014 and January 2015. The outstanding orders are those that were still in shipped state for the period.
    
    Payments for these orders should have been received by the affected merchants already. The orders have effectively been canceled on your SHQ portal. An email containing the affected orders was also sent to the individual merchants.
    
    Kindly send a list of the affected order numbers referred to in January to mall@konga.com and we will review and contact you via mail.
    
    Pending orders from February will be treated  shortly. Thank you for your patience.
