Dear Sellers, To improve the quality of service provided to you at all K-Express centers while ensuring long term sustainability of services offered, we would like to bring to your notice some few changes effective immediately at all K-Express drop-off points: 1) Quality inspection of products will no longer take place. This means that as a merchant, you can seal your items before arriving at any K-Express location as we would no longer be required to check your items at drop off points. This is to cut down on the processing time and to also reduce the amount of time you spend at the center when dropping off your orders. 2) You will be required to package your items yourself should you choose to package at the drop off center. K-Express representatives would no longer package items for merchants but would provide step by step guidance on proper packaging. 3) Packaging materials would also be provided for free for merchants who do not have. This is however subject to availability. You would also not be allowed to take extra packaging materials away pending the commencement of sales of such package materials. 4) Items not properly packaged would be rejected at drop off points. e.g assembled bikes, furniture etc. 5) For fragile items not properly secured in a box, this would be rejected at the point of drop-off. However, if a merchant insists on shipping such item(s), he/she would be required to sign a waiver stating that K-Express would not be liable for damages that may occur due to improper packaging.
