  • Cancelled/Rejected Self-Fulfill Deliveries

    Hello all,
    I have a question. How do you handle cancelled/rejected self-fulfilled deliveries? I have a couple of orders that have that issue or similar and I have received an email informing me that an invoice will be sent to me since one of the orders has been automatically marked as delivered.
    I have also sent an email to mall@konga.com. Please advise.

    When you have unsuccessful delivery of an order,you are to send the order number to ordercontinuity@konga.com stating the reason/s why you want it to be cancelled.
    You will be reply within 48hrs after verification has been carried out.
