    please i have issue with konga cancelling orders that has not been cancelled by the buyer, pls lets address this and also about payment after delivery, i have more than fifty of my items in shipped folder now of which some has been delivered but still on shipped and i need them to pay so i can get more items but all has been to no avail. pls what can be done to improve this konga platform cos its tying our money down.

    It really could be frustrating when your money is being tied down for items that have been successfully delivered. We apologize for this inconvenience. It will help a lot as a temporal solution, to escalate such matters immediately to the mall team. Just send a mail with the affected order numbers to mall@konga.com to have the issues addressed.
