I received an sms I have an order but unfortunately the order is out of stock but I have it in other colour, I don't want to cancel the order, can Konga cancel or inform the buyer of the colour I have in stock? I have sent Konga to cancel the order for me but I haven't received a response, I have 3 hours to accept the order, what can I do?

Please contact your buyer and notify them item is unavailable and suggest the alternative color. If your buyer is interested in the alternative color, your buyer would be required to replace the order.
For order cancellations such as this, please forward your requests to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting for cancellation with reasons.
