Maybe Konga should try free shipping to all location for a week and let's see if sales will pick up.

You are absolutely right @ifeoma. Konga increase the number of merchant every minutes. Even advert for people to register within 5minutes. Why do you have to create headache of trying to identify unserious sellers when you can easily identify them from the point of registration.
Sometime, I felt Konga 's trying to have more merchant because of the 2500 they just brought out to be gotten from merchant. Just to have more money from us. You guys should consider the existing merchant before getting more merchant. Other Market place had Marketers that try to locate products that's not on their platform. You are trying to get more merchants eventually, you might face out.
Just like me, you kept rating that I never got any cancellation last month. How can I . with just 5 Order out 270 products on the platform. And my last Order is 19 last month. Till this moment , nothing like Order.
I indulge you guy , should do something about it, the old SHQ wasn't like this. 5 Order a week, will say a drop of sales. Now you hailing for 5 Order in a month.

An in-depth analysis is really required by Konga to ensure that something fundamental has not really gone wrong. It is easy to say that number of Merchants has increased by 3x without commensurate increase in number of customers. But really, is this assertion determined statistically by Konga? Is the overall sales volumes still the same? Is the overall order failures still the same compared to the old platform?
Also the statement that unserious sellers are taking up orders meant for serious ones, is something that can be dealt with easily. First you suspend stores who do not ship items within specified period; second you make Merchant registration a bit more strict to ensure only serious sellers get onto the platform. There are just a lot that can be done to see immediate results. Otherwise, I am tempted to say that whatever is causing low sales volumes has to do with the new Seller HQ.

Howdy, Stranger!
