    I am a new seller and this experience is not good, I made sure my first buyer understood the functionality of my product, sent more pics via whatsapp just to ensure the buyer knows what she is requesting for. Order was placed on SALLAH FRIDAY.
    I visited the drop off centre twice to drop off the order because the first was salah Saturday thus they weren't there. I dropped off on monday and miraculously it got to Lagos on TUESDAY after sallah only for the buyer to reject it when she was called for delivery.
    I chatted her up she said I shd tell them to bring it again. But I was told it's not possible as it's already scheduled for return.
    Then without waiting for me to get back to her she said the product was not the one she wanted. I'm still glad she told me this but it was a little late as I had spent some time & money on it.
    Why was it hard for her to tell me on Saturday/sunday/monday that she changed her mind than waiting till Tuesday to do that after all my effort.
    If it weren't pay on delivery will she exhibit this, I'm sure if she had prepaid for this order she would have at least opened it then file a dispute if there is an issue.
    POD I heard is here to stay but please buyers should let the seller know at any moment they change their mind on any particular order even if it's before shipment/dropoff. They should also be educated on what MESSAGE SELLER is so they can ask their questions before placing the order. This will save the seller a lot of stress and money or they should be made to pay a percentage of the order to get them to be more serious.

Do be assured we will continually ensure buyers are educated on the best shopping measures on Konga Mall while we introduce incentives that will discourage order cancellation especially when a seller has shipped such order.
