  • Buyer have received Items, But do not know how to Confirm received and rate

    Hello house, Thanks, at first its was difficult for me to be able to post items on my store, but thank with the help of the customer service and that big bros called emeka and the Africa Things that was assigned to assist me, You guyz Rock, But i have 2 issues, 
    
    No 1. I hope i have not gone beyond Konga Delivery Policy, I have a buyer of recent who ordered for item on my store and he choosed POD, though he lives in edo state but not in benin but in Auchi, He complained that he could not choose POD because his town was not allowed, then i advised him to choose Benin City so that i can effect the POD which he did, And the delivery was successful but the problem now is that, I have ask the buyer to rate the item, But he said he cannot and also he cannot confirmed that he has received the item because he don't know how to, What i am saying is that in my dashboard, its still showing Shipped whereas the buyer have received the item, How do Konga knows that the item have been received. Also is there a fixed commission on the goods delivered by POD, and how much %?
    
    2.  I have another buyer in Osun state and he choosed POD of which our store is located in Benin City/Warri, is there any reliable courier services in Benin except tranex that can help me handle the POD, ? Thanks for your support.

    please i still have not received any response, I mean My seller has received my item since yesterday, she has not been able to confirm the item as received.... how do she do it, ??????? and she even said she didn't even see the informations of the delivery person because i used self fulfilment, and i had inserted the information of the transporter,his phone number and Vehicle details, But to my greatest suprise my seller had told me that she didn't received any information of the driver to contact him, Thats its was the driver that contacted her suprisely.  Please i need guideline to this my question, since she didnt receive the shipping details like the transporter information, i am sure its might either be network issue or is there something wrong?

    we are in partnership with Courier plus, DHL, Tranex ,QUO etc

    Please I am a new seller on konga... Please can you least the courier services that are in partnership with konga.

    Also Dhl is in partnership with KONGA and accepts KONGA merchants orders at subsidized rate.. You can walk into any of there offices in Benin to drop off

    Hi Osaro,
    Did you ship the product using your personal courier, if you shipped using any of the courier we are in partnership with it would have been updated accordingly. Just log into your store from seller HQ and update it. As for the commission, it is the same according to your category of item.
