I think Zennith Bank. I have a friend with Zennith and he receives his money faster than others using Diamond and Gtbank

Chimezie U, You are on a long thing on this bro..... I sold an Item before the presidential elections and i have since March 28th requested for a PAY OUT from my Wallet and its almost a month now i haven't received the payment into my bank account. At first Konga said they made the payment and infarct i have been calling my bank account everyday. I was later contacted by Konga that i should go to the bank to request for my statement of account... I have since gotten this and forwarded a copy of it for them to verify... I have been calling and infact no one is picking my calls anymore. Its just as if they are trying to rip me off or something. Another Issue is slow delivery and even slow return... It took KExpress 5weeks to return an item from PH infact they almost told me my item got lost on its way. I think Konga needs to learn from eBay. This whole experience has been causing me pains. Slow deliveries then buyer will reject the Order.... Slow payment method etc.

@Bethel, we will look into the delayed payment and get back to you.
@ Abubakar, As Bret said earlier we are working on a payment system that will eliminate such issues. Payment delays will really become a thing of the past.

My own problem with this payout thing, apart from the fact that I receive the alert late like 4-5 days later,I occassionally get over /underpaid. Then when I call little or nothing is done on a timely basis to rectify the problem. Though they recently asked me to remit the amount overpaid. I really don't know how such mistakes can be made. Konga must be losing some money as a results of those mistakes.

    Hi guys
A system is coming by the end of April that Konga is keeping a bit secret. We have been working with banks for 5 months now and it will allow for instantaneous payments.
Payment delays will become a thing of the past.
You will love this and we guarantee it.

    Hi Chimezie,
The fastest payment is your internal bank processes, and i also know that Konga has a Leg to other banks and i do receive my payment within 3days i initiate my payout request.
Once you initiate your payout request it will be automatically be paid within 3 working day and also konga has payment days to all merchant. Monday - Wednesday - Friday.
I think you can also call your account officer, so that he can share more light on same.

Howdy, Stranger!
