I think it's time for us(Sellers) to have a physical forum/Meeting/Discussion with the management of konga concerning what is truly going on with the platform.... It is obvious nothing is working properly anymore....
Let them tell us what they truly want from us and we also tell them what we want from them.... Let's see if we can assist in any way, in terms of marketing and all.
I believe it's unfair for any seller to redirect any Customer to other platform bcos there is an issue with Konga.... Konga is us and we are Konga... Let's fix the problem together..... Konga please stop keeping us in the dark, we deserve to know why things are not working well on the platform.... Stop seeing sellers as unimportant bcos we would always stay no matter how hard you make things for us...
Finally I want state that it is very unprofessional for your customer service line to be unreachable for weeks and now that it's up, it's always busy.....very unprofessional.
