  • Attempts made before Returning Items

    We would like to know the number of attempts expected to be made by Kexpress before an item is Returned. 
    Some of our orders were returned after just one failed attempt and marked as "Rejected by Customer", but customers were not contacted. 
    Not everyone can use self-fulfill because of location, but if this is Konga's way of telling us they can't handle our delivery any longer, we think it should be made official.
    While we appreciate your effort in the past, we might have to move to another platform in order to make good sales, as sales has dropped and the few orders we have are being returned.

    K-express is failing me too, on konga platform they put 1-5 delivery time grace when their courier express can't to deliver in 5days. They sent mail telling me k-express delivery is 10 working days. A customer expecting his order in 5days and having to receive it in two weeks can reject the item or not even pick his calls for delivery. And having to tell a customer his item will get to him on or before 10 working days can lead to order cancellation. Please K-express change your mode of operation.
