    Apologies for this. Please always report such cases to mall@konga.com as soon as they happen.
    
    Apparently, someone else's item was swapped with yours. So our resolution team always make effort to rectify such. But if not successfully rectified over a specific timeline, the order will be filed for claim and you will be duly compensated for it.
    
    Our agent will get back to you in this particular issue.

    If you use Self-Fulfill for a prepaid order, the only deduction from the amount prepaid is the commission on the item delivered; the remaining balance will be processed to you by Konga through your wallet or paid directly to your account via KPay

    This probably happened before there was a KExpress exchange center in Abuja.
    
    There is now a functional exchange center in Abuja, so orders ingested in Abuja for delivery within the Northern region will be handled directly from Abuja.

    You can always make your shipping fees lesser than other merchants. In fact, this will drive more sales for you.
    But remember, the shipping company you use will charge you their regular shipping rate.

    I would not have ask this question,if not for the fact that it is the third time happening again:What  am i suppose to do if my item was exchanged/SWAPPED for another item the customer did not order (happened in one of the KEX CENTRES)?I have sent  several mails ,the issue has not been resolved.My goods did not get back to me or customer.

    @Bamidele A. The delay recently experienced with return of orders was as a result backlogs from the festive season. Hands have been on deck now and shipments are already being returned to respective merchants.
    
    I can assure you that your returns will get to your pickup location soon, if they have not arrived there yet.
    
    You can also track your returns by changing the initial "F" at the begining of your order number to "Z" , and then search using the link: http://track.konga.com

    If I delivered Prepaid order myself, how do I get delivery fee.
