When an order is placed under arbitration, this means that the buyer who received the item has a complaint about the item. To solve arbitration problems, reach out to the buyer, find out the reason for the complaint and provide a solution to the issue. The buyer then provides feedback to Konga mall on if the issue as been solved. Once the issue as been solved, your item is removed from arbitration and money is transferred into your wallet.
