    Money stay put in escrow almost 2 weeks now. It's not going into my wallet or Konga pay. Please anybody experiencing this too cos I need to know I'm not alone.

    @Teju I have sent mail to malll@konga since wednessday 5th august 2015. I never get reply since then. I called in to konga mall also, after the customer care agent wasted my time asking me to start reading order numbers of delivered item one after the other, she told me SHQ have problem. I took to this forum to see if people are experiencing, this and from look of things not many people. I therefore plead that my case be looked into. For reference, my case no #01536544. Kongapay and konga wallet are both visible on my account. If kongapay won't work, let the money go to wallet I will request pay out.

    You do not need to re-register once you have confirmed you sucessfukky registered initially for K-Pay . If your funds are still in escrow after registering for K-Pay, please send a mail to mall@konga.com with your store details and we will investigate further

    @Adedayo, I have registered kpay since Sunday when I saw it appear in my SHQ.
    So What else do u think might be issue? Or should I cancel the registration and re- register?

    Hi All, as earlier Mentioned by @Adedamola, the reason your funds have not moved is because you are eligible for payment via K Pay, ( On this platform you will have your funds sent directly to your Bank account once due). Please @Ayoola and @Oluwakemi complete your registration for K pay so we can have the funds transfered to your registered Bank Account. Thanks.

    Hi Adeyanju. I'm not new to Konga and I understand the return policy time. I have mail mall@konga.com over 72hours they haven't reply.

    Hello Ayoola,
    
    Money will only remain in escrow
    
    1. until return policy time elapses (so check the return policy time of the item in question)
    2. if you are eligible for Kpay (i.e you bank is already listed to use Kpay) and you are yet to registered.. so register and your money will move directly into your account
    
    If you still experience this, then you will have to contact Konga for a resolution...  send a mail to mail mall@konga.com

    Same here, money remain in Escrow for two weeks, contrary to the usual seven or eight days.
