  • A Buyer Cancelled An Order But Its Still Showing

    I got my first order yesterday and I took it to K-Express for delivery today only to be told (after the k-express staff checked on her system) that the buyer called in to cancel the order.
    
    I later called the buyer and he told me that he was moving from his present location (going back to school), but will order the item again later.
    
    Now, the issue is when I logged into SHQ the order is still showing under NEW instead of CANCEL and the countdown timer is still counting down. Why is this so?
