  • 4months plus missing products by Konga. When will I be paid please?

    I dropped/shipped about 15 products worth a minimum of N8,500 per products on time. Konga courier delivered them very late to the customers who then turned them down.  I called the customers to hear from them, they said konga delivered 3wks-4wks after the date they ordered for them. 
    Now, Konga refused to return my products till date. I have written Konga over 10times, called over 15 times. I know the names of most of the customer care guys I have spoken to on this (Helen, Olusola, Ifeanyi, Uvie).  Unfortunately, they still cant get anything done about my products. 
    Note: I will not take my products back at this point, because it has over stayed and should have been sold somewhere else. Can they give me my money please? I am really embarrassed at the way sellers are being treated at Konga.
