    I have been having issues with some transactions on Konga. I have sent several mails and called several times all I have gotten is apologies and not my payment. How does one explain that after Konga has earned their commission a merchant has not earned what's due. Whatever internal issues that Konga may be having is no reason why a merchant should be short changed in any form. It's over a month now after several promises that a reversal will be done and the correct amount would be paid into my ESCROW. I have not been paid the correct amount due to me till date. 
    Imagine if i did not notice this error Konga would have ripped me off my due payment. 
    
    Secondly, a customer purchased 4 items out of which she returned 2 and said she would purchase a replacement. Konga sent me a mail to inform me and I said customer could go ahead to return the two items. This transaction took place in October. Till date, Konga has refused to pay me the amount due for the other two items not returned. I have sent several mails and called severally and the apologies keep coming but no resolution.
    
    Please am I the only one who's having this issue? is it peculiar to me? or has anyone or everyone had a similar experience. My store is relatively new on konga platform and I need to know if this is a norm on konga platform.

    Thank you Konga Team, I have been credited for the excess shipping charge. So one down, one more to go. Expecting a resolution for the second one. Thank you.

    Hello, its not peculiar to you. Konga still owes me over #5000 for overcharged shipping fee between June and August. How do I get paid #720 instead of #2720 and #1150 instead of #3400, and then others orders of #250 each, that is after they've taken their commission and shipping charge. I don't understand how they make such mistakes and wont resolve for months, all I've been getting is apologies. 
    As a merchant on Konga, you have to keep good track of your orders and payments, which I think is too much work for a supposed automated platform.
