  • why the undue delay in remitting payment into account?

    I thought the whole idea of Kongapay was to make the payment process as smooth as possible, why does one have to wait for over a week before payment reflect in one's account when it shows payout on SHQ? This is in addition to the time funds are being held in escrow. Please Konga this is not good for business at all.
    Do we have to write kongamall after each transaction in order for payment to be made into merchants account? I have seen several posts on this issue and I have held off from posting on this same matter while hoping the payment will be made for over a week. Whoever is in charge of this should please wake up, it's quite frustrating! And if it's a system glitch, this is become one glitch too many!!

    Hello All,
    
    We are aware of the delay you may be experiencing in receiving your funds, this is due to system downtime of the payment platform shared with our bank. Our finance team is tirelessly working on having this resolved.
    
    The payment portal will have full stability before Friday 15th April 2016.

    The issue is getting out of hands and frustrating too. I'm also experiencing this issue for the second time as I write now. The first experience was tied to a network glitch while the blame for this present one was attributed to the slow disbursement of funds by the bank. 
    This issue has to be taken seriously and dealt with appropriately by the necessary team.
