Prepaid Orders MUST Be Fulfilled- When a customer pays for an order that is available on the website, they have put their trust in Konga to fulfill this order without any hitch. We also believe that orders that are prepaid are guaranteed sales for you. It is important to understand that Konga frowns very heavily on unfulfilled/canceled paid orders. Cases such as this will affect your store rating and will count against your overall performance on the platform and outright suspension. Top Notch Product Quality: Refurbished/Counterfeit items are prohibited on Konga and complaints from customers will be investigated. Stores found wanting will be closed. Fraudulent Order Updates- We have observed that some sellers ship orders to customers but do not update to delivered which automatically cancels such orders and the merchant does not remit commission charges on such orders.
