    I just checked in to make a withdrawal and this is the message i see:
    Unable to verify Wallet balance. Please contact your Merchant Service Officer for prompt resolution. Please resolve this now because i need to make withdrawals.

    This has been fixed and you should be able to view your wallet balance and request for payout.
