Ebere thanks. I will do that in the morning before dropping off at your Ilupeju center. I prefer your people drop this so I can sleep better.

    Hello Iyere,
If customer pays for an order using a voucher, the amount reflected on the invoice will be the balance to be paid on delivery.
Please contact the customer care helpline on 01-4605555 for further clarification on the total amount on the order.

Just got an order today and the buyer called to say he had a voucher for N25,000.00 and was paying with it. Funny thing is that the amount showing on the invoice is N500.00. No place showing the N25,000.00 value of the order. What do I do?

    Hello Lanre,

As Eze rightly mentioned, Konga bears the cost of all N2000 or N5000 vouchers used to shop from your store and once order is confirmed as delivered, money is transferred to your wallet.

Also, if a buyer pays for items from your store using the voucher, no payment will reflect on the invoice. And if the buyers makes part payment of the item with the voucher, only the outstanding balance to be paid by the buyer will reflect on the invoice.
