    Hello Uffoh -
All new merchants start off categorized as Classic merchants, and are charged commission rates between 3 - 10% based on the category. As a merchant, you can attain Premium status when you reach a monthly sales value of NGN1 million. You will be notified of the change in classification via e-mail, and will automatically be charged the lower commission rates (2 - 7% based on category) going forward.

The commission rates are calculated on each order based on the category of the products being sold.

For more information on the different commission rates per category and classification, please visit the SellerHQ homepage at http://shq.konga.com/ and click on the Commissions tab.
