    I had an order last week Monday, and delivered to the drop off centre on the following day. The order status reads 'shipped'. When I called the konga helpline in the morning, I was told the item was returned by the buyer.  I called the buyer this afternoon, he said he was yet to receive the item. Please I don't understand
