    75% of my Rejected items are based on the following...
    *Attempted delivery (Customer's phone not reachable)
    *Attempted delivery (Customer not available at location to receive order)
    HOW COULD THIS CUSTOMERS REGISTER AND THERE PHONE NUMBERS ARE NOT VERIFY ?
    am not even complaining about location cos i know how things goes in Nigeria.
    
    how can i be shipping items to customers i cant reach on phone ? yet if i don't ship i get suspended 
    some customers tat are reachable sef are unserious not to talk person u cant reach before shipping... 
    like a customer order for black t shirt only to reject em after i call he said the t-shirts are not very dark

    @moses Same thing happens to 2 of the 3 items I sent out for shipment. The first one I asked the customer if I should go ahead to ship, he said okay. Could u believe anytime I call him to tell him his order is on the way, he was always acting strangely as if he doesn't know what he ordered for, the 2nd one the customer looks serious with the order until when it was out for delivery that he is always saying he is out of town that he would collect it the next day from the delivery man. Till present his number is not available. Discover recently that some people are window shopping. I don't blame them though because it's POD they chose. If the order is prepaid they won't behave in such a manner
