Once again I have to reach out through this medium since all other avenues have failed. There's a shipment - F391138101001 which arrived KOS Eleme since 06 April and up till now had not been delivered to the customer. I sent a mail to mall@konga and I was assured this shipment would be delivered last week. I called the customer on Monday and she said she only got a notification that her shipment would be delivered in two days since 06 April and since then nothing happened. I called Konga again and I was assured this shipment will be delivered to my customer by close of business on Monday, still nothing! The next thing you will see is that this item is being returned, how is one supposed to break even in business with this kind of lousy behaviour being displayed by the Konga agents in Port Harcourt??

    Dear Kene,
Could you please throw more light on your " code of conduct "? If you are referring to item 4. Of the rules of this forum, I'm fully aware of that and as stated in my previous post I have exhausted every avenue with no result. It's OK to take down the post. I'm not out to take a public opinion poll. All I want is for this issue to be resolved in a timely manner.
