    Hello Everyone,
What does it mean when shipped orders are under arbitration?
Are there any negative implications for my store?
    Thanks

    Hello Amarachukwu,

Shipped orders placed under arbitration mean orders that your buyers have expressed complaints about after receiving delivery of said items.

To resolve this, kindly contact your buyer to understand the reason for complaints as following up to understand their experience with your product will help them provide prompt feedback to Konga Mall. And once we receive feedback from your buyer that the issue has been resolved, your item(s) will be removed from arbitration and money will be transferred into your wallet.
