Please, the current shipping charges are not working. It is not at all cost effective to pay 1,250 for every item in a cart containing 10 items not weighing much just because they are from different sellers. In the end you're even paying for on delivery than the actual goods. It is very discouraging. I am a business owner too and want to make some profit. Please look into it. I currently have to look for alternatives to shopping on konga because I can't deal with the cost of shipping when they have just what I want. Really sad.

KOS DELIVERY TIME: refers to the total number of days allowed for KOS to deliver to a customer. E.g, It will take a maximum of 5 days to deliver an order to a Lagos customer.
CURRENT AVERAGE TIME TO DELIVER: the values in brackets refer to the current number of days it takes to deliver to a customer. E.g. It currently takes 3 days to deliver an order to a customer in Lagos.
ADDITIONAL TIME TO RECONFIRM CUSTOMER'S INTEREST: These additional 2 days outside KOS delivery time refer to the time allowed for KOS to re-initiate a failed delivery to a customer and customer can then request for re-delivery. This is to ensure that the KOS dispatch personnel goes the extra mile to ensure that orders are successfully delivered to the customer.
RETURNS READY FOR PICK-UP: is the period an item will become available at your preferred location for pick up. Applicable time begins to count from the day item was dropped off at the KOS center. E.g., for an order that is being returned from the North East, a seller can pick up returns at the preferred pickup location from the 17th day order was initially dropped off for shipment.
MAXIMUM RETURNS PICK UP TIME: is the maximum time an item can be picked up from our warehouse before demurrage charges will apply. You can also request for delivery at KOS standard shipping charge. E.g., for an order that has been returned from the South South, a seller can still pick up returns free of charge at our warehouse or request for delivery of such order until the 30th day order was initially dropped off for shipment.
DEMURRAGE CHARGE TIME: is when a returned order will begin to incur charges as a result of delayed pick up time at our warehouse or refusal to request for delivery to preferred location. E.g., for an order that has been returned from the South West and a seller has not requested for delivery or picked up such order, a demurrage charge will begin to apply from the 36th day order was dropped off for shipment.
ITEM FORFEITURE TIME: is when an item will be destroyed or forfeited for non-claim of item. E.g., for an order that has been returned to the warehouse from the North Central and seller has not requested for delivery or picked up such order, such item will be destroyed by the 44th day after drop off.
