Konga Mall has introduced a Tier 1 and Tier 2 subscription method, we expect that this decision will lead to a coherent transition for all sellers. Tier 1 (N1000)– Maximum of 10 products can be listed in your store Tier 2 (N2500)– You are allowed unlimited products listing We are currently building the functionality to ensure that the subscription method runs smoothly. Hence, the commencement of the monthly membership fee has been postponed to Monday, April 4th, 2016. All merchants who wish to continue trading on the platform are mandated to register on Kongapay. Merchants with Corporate Accounts are required to call Mall helpdesk on 01-460 5555 and 0809 460 5555 Konga appreciates all merchants on the platform and is committed to providing the best service. We look forward to a sustained and successful relationship for both (Konga & Merchant) parties.
