    I placed an order and I have the money in my wallet but the wallet pay option isn't popping up and I'm not even seeing my money anymore .
    What is wrong please?
    And how can this be resolved?

    Hi Joyce, sorry for the inconvenience. I guess you are trying to pay using your mobile device. There is currently a challenge viewing the wallet payment option on the mobile device. Kindly switch to a desktop (laptop) to try and place the order.  The wallet option is available on the desktop.
