Hello with regards to VAT, I just wanted to find out, when Konga takes out its commission would that be on the price before VAT or on the final price shown to the seller, so say an item where i accept vat is 950 and the final price plus VAT is 1000, would Konga's commission be on the 950 or the 1000? Thanks

@Kingsley,VAT is 5% of the selling price of a product. If as a merchant you currently remit VAT, you can select the VAT option at the point of creating your product on the site, once you input the price of your product the amount automatically calculates a final price to include the 5% VAT cost on that product.
Otherwise if you are Exempted, you can select the "Exempt" option under VAT on product creation. This means the price of that product will remain the same.
Note that the amount displayed on the site and paid by the customer is fully remitted to you less commission. It is your duty to remit to appropriate authorities as you do with your regular business. Konga does not pay VAT on behalf of merchants.
