    Hello,
    
    Anyone knows how to update a self fulfilled shipped order?  How does Konga know I have delivered the item, i tried updating the status to shipped but i get this error "An error occurred. Please try again in a moment"

    Hello Grace, Please drop off your order at any kexpress location, kexpress excepts POD orders, your funds will be transferred to you via your escrow then your wallet. After a successful delivery.
    
    @Jemmie, Apologises for this ,our team is looking into fixing this, however since you have marked as delivered from your shq, 
    The customer's order will be automatically updated as delivered after 72 hours.

    Hello ,
    I need help, I just accepted an order but am confused, I don't know what to do next. Do I drop off at Kexpress because I noticed a shipping charge of N500 was included? Its a lagos order,  do I use another courier? How do I get my money?

    Hi, I updated a self fulfilled order on Tuesday from shipped to delivered because I did the delivery myself. It started a 48hrs countdown for the buyer to confirm the delivery. After sending a text message and a phone call within this period, the buyer said the email link took him to Konga.com home page and there was no information his Konga account on how to confirm the delivery. What are we to do about this?

    yes i have also experienced the same thing,when there was downtime all through monday and Tuesday i picked up some of our items and shipped them myself. i have tried to update the status of these items from Wednesday up till today and it is still showing error problem encountered try again later,please how can one get round this issue as i am sure the package will soon be delivered to the customer as the agents i used are quite effective within my state?
