I used to receive emails on my store performance, but in recent times I have not been getting those mails again, so how would one know their store performance so as to improve on it. Thank you

The store performance email notification is sent weekly or forthnightly, an email notification was sent last week.
If you do not receive any notification, this may be due to network error or notification was directed to your spam. Do ensure you have not unsubscribed from Konga mails and also consider adding [email protected] to your contacts to enable you receive mails from us.
