please I need to understand section No.4 which stated that: 4. KExpress will continue to accept your orders without payment for shipping until May 15th. However, KExpress will debit its shipping charges before paying out to you proceeds of your sale. please does that mean we will pay for the shipping fee the customer suppose to pay?

Hello Chibuike - No it doesn't. You will be setting your delivery fee which the customer will still have to pay. In turn, you will pay the courier to ship the item to the customer. If you choose to ship your order through K-Express, you will not have to pay for shipping at the point of order drop-off (until May 15th). The shipment charge will be debited after the order has been delivered, and before paying you the proceeds of your sale. Hope this is now clear. There is an existing thread which has a lot more information from Konga and other merchants on the new changes.
